My wedding is at another venue, can I still book a block of rooms?

Yes, absolutely! We're happy to accommodate your out of town wedding guests.

Do you offer shuttle service?

No, but we've got some great recommendations for local shuttle companies. Ask our Sales Team for more information.

Can I use my own vendors?

Of course! We have a few vendors who work with us as part of our wedding package, but you can use outside vendors if you prefer. Speak with your Wedding Specialist for more details.

How much is the deposit to book my wedding?

A $1,00 deposit is due at contract signing. Then, we'll give you a schedule for additional payments so you know when the next installment is due.

Is linen and dishware included for my reception?

Yes, all linen and dishware is included. Your wedding specialist can help you choose the perfect linen for your reception, and don't forget to ask about upgrading your linen!

How many guests can your ballroom accommodate?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we can currently accommodate up to 250 guests in our ballroom.

Is your venue LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely - love is love! We would be happy to host your wedding!

Is there a price difference for a served dinner vs. buffet dinner?

No, the package pricing remains the same so you can choose whichever option works best for you!

What is the start and end time for a wedding reception at your venue?

We're flexible! We can work with you to choose the best start time for your wedding ceremony and/or reception, so long as venue availability allows. Receptions must end by 11 pm.

Is there a minimum number of guests required for a reception at your venue?

There is no minimum number of guests required to book with us. We can accommodate a wedding of any size, up to 250 guests.

Do your Wedding Package prices change based on the season?

Our prices are not seasonal, so you can pick your perfect date without worrying about the cost!

Can I have an outdoor ceremony at your venue? 

Yes! We have a beautiful gazebo on property which is perfect for hosting your outdoor ceremony.

Can I use an outside caterer or bring my own food?

No, we do not allow outside catering. However, we offer a wide array of entrée selections for you to choose from. You will also receive a complimentary tasting as part of your wedding package so you can try your favorite options before your wedding.

Can I bring my own alcohol to stock at the bar?

No, we do not allow outside alcohol. Our venue supplies all alcoholic beverages, but you can choose which beers you want us to stock at the bar. Ask us about customizing a specialty drink for your event!

Can my wedding guests gather at your hotel bar after my reception?

Of course! Our bar is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and we'd be happy to host your afterparty. Let us know if you want to gather at the bar after your reception ends. Restrictions may apply.

I've booked an outdoor ceremony at your gazebo. What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, your ceremony will be moved inside to our ballroom.
